truffle aioli

HOW TO MAKE

– eggs – black truffle – garlic – lemon juice – dijon – canola oil – olive oil

you'll need:

Set it boiling water for 1 minute.

Coddle egg

Egg, garlic, mustard, grated truffle, lemon juice, water and salt until frothy.

Slowly pour in olive oil and canola oil until thick, with blender running

Slowly add oil

Taste, adjust seasoning, and eat! See next slide for my favorite ways to use it.
