  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • kosher salt
  • 4 1/2-inch thick slices crusty bread

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 4 oz hot smoked salmon
  • 2 small radishes, thinly sliced
  • flaky salt, for garnish
