  • 1 tbsp (1/2 oz) unsalted butter, plus more for pan
  • 1 cup (200g)  granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (2 oz) water
  • 1/2 cup (170g) corn syrup
  • 1 3/4 cups (8 oz) raw blanched peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Butter a rimmed baking sheet and offset spatula; set both aside.
