Chocolate Covered Marzipan

You Will Need: – Marzipan -Tempered chocolate -Roasted salted almonds

01  Start With Homemade Marzipan.

02  Use a scale to measure out 15-gram portions.

03 Roll into smooth balls and set aside.

04 Temper chocolate in a large glass bowl. Use a chocolate dipping fork to fully submerge the marzipan in chocolate.
