Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped salted pistachios
  • pinch of red chili flakes
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1- 2 tbsp honey, to taste
  • crostini or grilled sourdough, for serving
  • sliced stone fruit (like peaches, nectarines or apricots), for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine ricotta, olive oil, and salt in a food processor. Process until light, smooth, and beautifully glossy, about 2 minutes.
