This spicy cashew dressing is thick, creamy, and deliciously balanced with lime, ginger, soy sauce and chili flakes. Use it on everything!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted salted cashews
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red chile flakes
  • 1/4 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cashews, canola oil, rice wine vinegar, lime juice, ginger, soy sauce, honey, chile flakes, fish sauce, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 cup warm water in a blender.
