This lemon sgroppino cocktail is a delicate and refreshing drink for celebrations. It’s frothy, sweet, tart and layered with undertones of rosemary. You’ll want to serve it at every party!

Ingredients

rosemary infused vodka

  • 3- 5 rosemary sprigs
  • 1 1/2 cups vodka

  • 1 oz rosemary infused vodka (recipe above)
  • 1/3 cup lemon sorbet
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • fresh rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut rosemary into 3-inch long pieces and place them in a mason jar or small glass bottle. Add vodka and seal jar.
  2. Store in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours and up to 1 week, tasting daily. Remove and discard rosemary when flavor reaches desired strength.

  1. Add vodka to champagne flute and scoop in sorbet. 
  2. Pour Prosecco over top. Garnish with rosemary sprig and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Rosemary vodka will keep indefinitely, but the flavor will start to fade after a few weeks. It’s best used fresh.
