Ingredients

  • 2 heads radicchio, quartered
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for finishing
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp aged balsamic
  • 2 tbsp toasted hazelnuts
  • shaved parmesan, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush radicchio all over with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
