This fresh avocado mango salsa is the best summer snack! It’s filled with buttery avocado, mango, mint, cilantro, lime and spicy serranos!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 avocados, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1 large ripe mango (about 12 oz), peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1 serrano, stemmed and minced (can substitute jalapeño for less heat)
  • 2 tbsp minced cilantro
  • 1 tbsp minced mint
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place red onion in a medium bowl with lime juice and toss to coat. Let sit 5 minutes to soften the onion.
