Marzipan

You Will Need: - Blanched Almond Flour - Powdered Sugar - Corn Syrup - Almond Extract - Rose Water

01. Pulse almond flour and powdered sugar in a food processor until mixed.

02. Add almond extract, rose water, corn syrup and water.

03. Pulse until crumbs are evenly moistened and mixture clumps when squeezed.

04. Transfer to a bowl and knead into a ball.

05. Use right away or shape into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
