Hazelnut Butter

You Will Need: -Hazelnuts -Fine Salt

01. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven.

02. Rub off the skins.

03. Blend with salt for about 10 minutes in a food processor.

04. It will be crumbly and dough-like.

05. Then it will be a thick paste.

06. Finally, smooth and creamy.

07. Transfer to a half-pint jar!
