Potato Leek Soup

You Will Need: – Yukon Gold Potatoes – Leeks – Onion – Garlic – Butter – Heavy Cream – Buttermilk – Fresh Dill – Bay Leaf – Chicken Stock – Sourdough

01. Sauté leeks and garlic in butter until soft.

02. Add potatoes, bay leaf, and stock; simmer 15 minutes until tender.

03. Blend smooth then pass through a sieve for extra silkiness.

04. Stir in cream and buttermilk. Garnish with homemade sourdough croutons and fresh dill.
