Chocolate  Hazelnut Spread

You Will Need: – Hazelnuts – Fine Salt – Hazelnut Oil – Powdered Sugar – Dutch-Process Cocoa Powder – Vanilla Bean

01. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven. Rub off the skins.

02. Blend with salt for about 10 minutes in a food processor.

03. Blend in hazelnut oil, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla bean seeds.

04. Transfer to a jar. Use right away or refrigerate for a thicker consistency.
